Being your age if you can't find a gym a good plan for a girl is to do sit-ups and push ups for at least 4 times a week. At least 3 sets of 12 for push ups and about 3 sets of 20 for sit-ups this will get you toned. Also if you implement running into your workout this also helps with toning the body. About a mile, 3 days out of the week will do or start off by walking at a steady pace if you cannot make a mile just yet.
