It could work fine, it could be a complete disaster. Going from one extreme (long distance, seeing each other every few months) to another (living together) can be a shock. You will go from these very long breaks where your desire for each other grows daily, to not being able to get a break at all as you will sometimes feel like you are together all the time. It would be better if you could ease into it, like moving into the same area and seeing each other regularly for a little while before moving in together....but if that isn't an option, then do what you feel is best.

If the doc did the tests any other cardiologist would do...you have no case. The tests may well have all been negative. That is just how it works sometimes. Get a different cardiologist and sign a records release to have all your tests, etc sent to the new doc. He/she will know if everything reasonable was done. Unless there was gross negligence you are better off just thanking God you are alive. Imagine what the stress could do to you now... doctors rarely testify against one another

Unfortunately, you can't force yourself to be creative. Sometimes, the ideas just keep coming and other times, nothing. When I don't have any ideas at all, I go back and read some of my favorite books and go over my past ideas. If that still doesn't work, just stop writing and thinking about writing for a while. Tightening my stomach/abs up?

So i'm a 20 year old male, 5'10 and 155lbs apparently my bmi is 23 which is in the "healthy" range. My arms and legs are tight and lean and so is my chest, but my stomach is kind of flabby and i'm over it. It's flat all over but you can't see abs. I've read that you have to reduce the overall fat in order for abs to show, so I've been jogging 2 miles every day and doing 200 crunches every other day (or until they aren't sore anymore) for the past week and a half. I'm starting to notice my stomach tightening already which is good. I don't necessarily eat bad food, but I don't eat really healthy either. I consume around 1700 calories a day and most of the food is low fat. Anyway, is it totally unrealistic for me to expect my stomach to look tight-ish within the next month. Or is it going to take more like 3-4 months? Any advice is appreciated. I just need any sort of time-frame since i'm not exactly a fitness person. Thanks

I need some information regarding my pregnancy. Please help!?

I am five feet and four inches tall and prepregnancy the first time (three years ago,) I weighed 111 lbs. I gained 37 lbs during the pregnancy, nearly all in the second half. I was semi-active and had a faster metabolism as well, never really watched what I ate. Still don't. I did not "bounce" back after having my daughter at 38 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I lost her weight which was 7 lbs and 12 ounces. I breastfed for two years, and did not lose any weight. I haven't tried dieting or exercising though. I am now pregnant with number two, started out at 147 lbs and have gained 10 lbs so far at 24 weeks and 1 day pregnant, so I weigh 157 lbs. Hoping that I just "bounce" back after this one! I just have access to amazing food all of the time now!

Hi I am a youth worker and provide relief 24 hour sleepover shifts with young people. Tomorrow I am going to work with two boys 12-14. They are very active and cause trouble if not kept busy, like doing things with their hands. They have x box and all that at the house but still get bored. Why did i gain weight? please help?

okay so im 16 and i have a very strong athletic body. every part of my body is muscular and i am very active. About 1 and 1/2 year ago (the start of high school0, i started to put on weight and went up from a 4- 6 to a 8-10. my legs now have cellulite around then and my stomach is starting to get a little flabby. my arms now have a slight layer of fat around them. i don't know what i did wrong! i really didn't change my diet or exercises and now i have stretch marks on my inner thighs! now i am seriously trying to lose some of the extra weight and be muscular again. i know i cant be stick thin because of my athletic body type. i run 2 miles every other day and eat a very healthy diet of fruits, veggies, nuts, low fat dairy products, and lean meats. i let myself have two little exceptions a day like ice cream or if its a special occasion i can splurge. and honestly this is not that different from my diet before i gained the weight. so where did the extra pockets of fat come from and how can i get ride of it? everything i am already doing is not working. i don't just want a quick fix like every one else. i am up for the challenge to do whatever it takes for how long it takes. i just am totally lost on what to do.

starving yourself will only cause problems down the long road. I have tried it and it did no good. If you gained weight try taking out the foods that made you gain the weight such as sweets. Do not starve yourself but start eating healthy meals that have a variety of whole grains, fruits, vegetables and some dairy. Just eat a peice of fruit in between a meal, stay away from those potato chips. if your motablism is low, i advice you not to go near a fast food place. just follow the pryamid food plan diet. It doesn't take over night. Only check your scale once a week. I went through the same phase as well. Weight loss can cause obsession...big mistake on my part. Excercise daily, for about an hr or two if you really want to lose it faster. Sit in the sauna bout 20 minutes a day, and bring water with you. No caffine at all!...maybe a cup of coffee or tea if you really have too.

U should b fine..make sure to saturate ure skin with coco butter religiously like 3 x a day while dropping 40lbs. U will most likely have a little flab, but maybe not. Its dependant on how quickly u drop weight. A Gradual loss is ideal to avoid flab and reduce severity of stretch marks. If lotions and creams fail to work there's always plastic surgery. Lastly ure very young and its understandable that u want to look top knotch, but if ure thinking that stretch marks and a lil flab will deter men think again. Real men don't care bout that I promise. This is worth seeing your doctor for, you and your doctor need to know what type of tissue this is. If you have ever used steroids, this is more likely. The real issue comes if it is breast tissue to make sure the tissue is clear of any abnormal cells. I'm a "reformed atheist" who has managed to find my way out of the box that atheism would like to force me into. I also realize that most atheists would see my situation as just the opposite, but I'm not looking for a debate with this particular question. They each have their own strengths and weaknesses. Dawkins seems to be very weak in debates and is only convincing in book form when no one with a dissenting opinion is present to dispute his ideas. Hitchens, while very entertaining, also seems to be unable to answer certain questions but is very creative in dancing around them until they are lost and/or forgotten. I am less familiar with Harris and Dennett, though I have seen them debate some years ago.

Nephew faking shoulder injury to get out of deployment?

My nephew, who is a marine, claims he received a rotator cuff injury a year ago while on his last deployment. He has had it looked at by military doctors, who claim there is no major injury. Recently, he went to a civilian specialist, who gave him a written diagnosis that he needs to have rotator cuff surgery immediately. My nephew is due to deploy to Afghanistan within the next month and now believes he won't have to go because he has this 'excuse' from a civilian specialist. He plans to have the civilian specialist perform the surgery and then go back to his hometown to take convelescent leave for the next several months. I have never known anyone with a rotator cuff injury, but it appears to me that he has full use of his shoulder and he doesn't appear in any pain. I've seen him lift his 3-year old daughter and put her on his shoulders without a wince. Would this be possible if you had a rotator cuff injury. I should also note that the civilian specialist he saw is a 'friend of the family'. This kid is a piece of crap and has cheated the system his entire life. It's all he knows how to do. I am hoping this time, karma kicks in and he gets his due diligence. Will the military heed the excuse from the civilian specialist and not deploy him? Will he be able to get several months of convalescent leave? Will the military allow a civilian surgeon to perform surgery while he is in active duty? Please tell me this kid is going to get what's coming to him!

Cheese myth?=flabby arms?

I heard a myth from a friend that eating cheese can make your arms large and flabby. Ever since I heard of this I began wondering if it might be true. I recently developed an extreme liking for cheese and my arms keep getting bigger and bigger since then and making me top heavy. Another girl I know also admits she has an obsession for cheese and eats way too much of it and I noticed she is top heavy too. Ok a little background, I am 20 and I have cerebral palsy, (spastic diplegia) and basically I use a cane and I used to wear braces on my legs (because I "pop" back in my knees) until like 7th grade when i decided they aren't cute and I don't wanna wear them anymore. Well I saw a doctor on Monday who said it would be in my best interest to wear them again to save my knees because in the future I could really ruin my knees. I'm ready to get Skinny god d a m n it. So, I've already been dieting, but I've been slacking off. & Yesterday my mom & I have started walking around our block, & today we walked around it twice. & My eatting habits have decreased a lotttt.
