I am around 130 pounds maybe a few more. My height is around 5'6 or 5'7. I have a flabby stomach and I have flabby thighs. I need help on losing weight and gaining muscle. I have started by eliminating certain foods out my diet such as cake, cup cakes, chocolate, and fried foods. I really need help on gaining muscle in my thighs and my stomach.
