Why in hotter weather does some females wear ?

If you go to the beach or anywhere that the sexier shapely girls cover up there figure while the some obese women wear a 2 piece outfit showing off there flabby belly it's not nice looking to see people . The same applies to (no homo) to dudes that are in shape why the ones with 400 lbs bellies have to walk around with there shirt off it's funny .
