i am a 14 year old girl 5'4'' and 114 lbs. my thighs are 18 1/2 inches at the biggest part and calves are 13 1/2 inches at the biggest part ( circumference). they are kinda flabby andi want to tone them and slim them. if i run 30 min a day for the whole summer will it happen?
