I heard a myth from a friend that eating cheese can make your arms large and flabby. Ever since I heard of this I began wondering if it might be true. I recently developed an extreme liking for cheese and my arms keep getting bigger and bigger since then and making me top heavy. Another girl I know also admits she has an obsession for cheese and eats way too much of it and I noticed she is top heavy too. This sounds ridiculous I know.... but is there any realtion between cheese and flabby arms, or any particular food and weight gain in general?
