I have really let myself go, not saying I looked like a super model before, but my waist is over 35 inches I am 5.8, my top arm are looking a bit flabby, I can normally be good, go the gym but then my shifts change to lates and I don't go, I think my biggest down fall is red wine and crisps, I love drinking wine and I know if full of sugar, but I can't seem to stop, by the way I don't crave spirits or beer, so I don't think its a alcoholic problem, the only thing affected is my weight, any advice please?
