If you have a big butt?

okay my butt is huge and flabby i want a small butt and i was just wondering if you use a butt toner dose that make your butt strink and if you use a butt firmer dose that make your butt stilll big but firm? please help! i want a small butt not a huge, puffy,fat butt please help me!!!!!
