In Georgia, what can you do to recover a judgment against someone?

Here is the situation: A judgment is rendered against a person. They have no job, money or home in their name. Everything is in the name of the spouse. Is there any way to recover the judgment? Can the spouse not be connected at all? I am curious if there is anything creative I can do within Georgia laws...
