Losing a few pounds........?
So today I decided to start working out to drop a few pounds..I'm 26 years old, 5'8 and around 180lbs...im pretty thicker than I use to be..aftet my third pregnancy I went from a size 9 jean to an 18 then down to a 15. I would like to lose my stomach and build my arms and legs. running/walking is not an option. I usually prefer top work out in the house. What could i do to drop maybe 15lbs? Also if I loose more weight will I end up being all flabby? Like have a lot of lose skin jiggling every where? I'm so scared to lose to much weight. Thank you for your time
