Should i lose weight??please help?
Hello iam 5,8 and weigh 65 kg ok i dont look fat but, i still have fat percentage in d body,i got fat on belly which is flabby, i wana tighten it i hate it, and on legs, and my face is a bit chubby and i look 16 though iam 18,i want to gain muscle and get rid of all fat from body,i have a indian diet how much chapatis should i take in lunch, and dinner i ate 5 in lunch whuch i think is more,i dont eat rice at all as i hate it v much,well i joined gym for muscle they say 10 mins cardio on treadmill then pullupsvden pushup i joined for bodybuilding,but what about fat levels well before joining gym i worked out at home i was 15 kg overweight reduced from 15 kg,i was 80 and now 65 ,should i reduce 5 more kg???or morr den it i want huge muscles ? And ripped look please help it would be a favour if you take time helping me out
