Size 6 to size 2 or 0 Weight loss HELP!?
drink plenty of water to tone up. it might take weeks, maybe 4 months or so. Just eat a peice of fruit in between a meal, stay away from those potato chips. if your motablism is low, i advice you not to go near a fast food place. just follow the pryamid food plan diet. It doesn't take over night. Only check your scale once a week. I went through the same phase as well. Weight loss can cause obsession...big mistake on my part. Excercise daily, for about an hr or two if you really want to lose it faster. Sit in the sauna bout 20 minutes a day, and bring water with you. No caffine at all!...maybe a cup of coffee or tea if you really have too.
