it depends on what you eat! if you eat healthy but eat everything healthy in sight, you will still get fat (even though 57kg is NOT fat at all). you have to make sure you are eating the right number of calories! google: "TDEE calculator" and after you find your TDEE subtract 500 calories, and if you eat that amount every day, you will lose 1/2 kg or so per week. good luck!
